Berry-Beautiful Bowl

Protein, carbs, and healthy fats – all the good stuff packed into one berry-beautiful bowl 🧡💜💛 I’ve used a combination of Oatly oat milk, frozen bananas, and coconut yogurt to create a very creamy ice cream bowl. It was so delicious and also, I love how pretty it turned out. The little violas are straight from my balcony garden, which makes this breakfast bowl extra special. Now that it is winter in South Africa, I’m dreaming of warmer mornings when these nice-cream bowls cool me down and fuel me up after a run in the rising sun!

Protein, carbs, and healthy fats - all the good stuff in one berry-beautiful bowl! Oatly oat milk, frozen bananas, and coconut yogurt give this breakfast a super creamy consistency.

Ingredients

  • 400ml oat milk.
  • 3 frozen bananas.
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries.
  • 8x pitted dried dates.
  • 1x tablespoon flax seed powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1 serving Wazoogles Unicorn Berry Protein Powder.
  • 1/2 cup Irenes Gourmet coconut yogurt.
  • Toppings: walnuts, frozen blueberries, dried goji berries, and edible Orange Jump-up Viola Sorbet flowers.

Instructions

1

Blend all the ingredients (except for the toppings) together in a food processor or blender.

2

Be careful not to over-blend, it needs to be ice-cream consistency.

3

Divide between two bowls.

4

Decorate with delicious toppings for prettiness, crunch, and nutrition.

Notes

Note: If you don’t have a high-speed blender, soak your dates in boiling water for 2 minutes to soften, before adding it to the blender.
